Key Responsibilities:
• Consult on therapy programs with leadership
• Assess and plan individualized resident treatment
• Recommend and provide adaptive equipment
• Implement group and individual therapy sessions
• Participate in care planning with the Interdisciplinary Team

Requirements:
• Degree certification in Occupational Therapy
• Registration with ACOT and CAOT
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Familiarity with MDS 2.0 and PointClickCare
• Solid customer focus and teamwork skills
