Join IEM as a Shipper on the evening shift and play a key role in our production processes. This position focuses on handling products released in the afternoon, preparing them for the next day’s logistics.

Reporting directly to the Shipping Manager, the Shipper will be responsible for efficiently pulling and packaging products while ensuring compliance with IEM's quality standards. This hands-on role requires the ability to operate forklifts and manual material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols in our busy warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Pull released products efficiently from production
• Package and document units accurately
• Prepare products for next morning’s loading processes
• Safely operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks
• Follow all safety and production procedures

Requirements:
• Experience operating Class 1 and Class 4 forklifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong focus on packaging accuracy
• Previous shipping experience is beneficial
• Access to reliable transportation for night shifts
