The Senior Insurance and Enterprise Risk Specialist plays a crucial role in protecting RVS students, employees, and assets. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Legal Services, this position oversees the Division's insurance program, claims management, fleet safety, and risk reviews. You will collaborate with legal counsel and external partners to enhance the Division's Risk Management Framework.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the Enterprise Risk Management program through assessments and reporting.
• Manage the division's insurance portfolio and claims administration.




• Liaise with insurers and legal counsel on risk management matters.
• Conduct claims-related investigations for property loss and liability.
• Prepare reports for administration on investigations and safety improvements.

Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years in insurance or risk management.
• CRM designation preferred; CIP designation an asset.
• Experience in managing insurance portfolios and claims programs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive matters.
