Key Responsibilities:
• Approve tenant drawings in alignment with guidelines
• Advise Leasing team on construction processes
• Ensure tenant understanding of fit-out requirements
• Track construction costs against budgets
• Facilitate updates on tenant work and timelines
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in construction or design
• Familiarity with reading architectural drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Ability to navigate conflicting interests constructively
• Valid driver’s license
