In this casual/relief position within the Mental Health Staff Pool, you will perform nursing assessments, implement treatments, and support patient education. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate individual care plans and manage discharge planning effectively. Your leadership may also be called upon in charge nurse opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and evaluations
• Implement patient-centered care and interventions
• Educate patients and families for effective recovery




• Manage medication administration and treatment evaluations
• Coordinate care discharge in collaboration with the team

Requirements:
• RN or RPN qualification from an accredited program
• Current registration with CRPNA or CRNA
• Level C Basic Life Support certification
• Experience in mental health care settings
• Robust communication and assessment skills
