In this engaging position, you will function as an independent contractor responsible for the design and execution of BAS/BMS for advanced AI data centers. Your collaboration with mechanical and electrical teams will ensure seamless integration of systems for optimal performance. Contributing to project quality and compliance with rigorous standards will also be part of your key objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement BAS/BMS systems for mission-critical projects
• Develop system architecture and control sequences




• Prepare and review engineering documentation and schematics
• Coordinate with our multidisciplinary teams across projects
• Provide engineering support during construction and commissioning

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related fields
• At least 5 years in BAS/BMS or controls engineering
• Proficiency in DDC control systems and HVAC strategies
• Knowledge of major BAS platforms like Siemens and Honeywell
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
