In this permanent position, you will support the MNLA and PMC committees under the Policy and Self Determination department. Your role entails providing non-partisan policy advice, conducting research, and managing committee meetings and documentation. You will ensure that all committee activities align with Métis customs and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in agenda planning and meeting logistics
• Summarize policy issues for committee deliberations
• Document committee proceedings and decisions
• Ensure compliance with legislative practices
• Foster relationships with elected officials and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary degree
• 2-3 years' experience in policy or governance
• Excellent writing and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with records management systems
• Valid driver’s license for transportation needs
