This exciting role in the Ta na wa Yúus ta Stitúyntsam̓ Rights and Title Department seeks a dedicated skilled with substantial experience in managing referral processes and stakeholder engagement. As Consultation Manager, you'll ensure the delivery of comprehensive consultation that aligns with the values of the Squamish Nation. You will also play an integral role in supervising team efforts and shaping strategic planning initiatives to safeguard environmental interests within the Territory.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee implementation of the referral management strategy
• Provide effective mentorship and leadership to the team




• Coordinate with analysts for thorough review processes
• Lead the planning and budgeting for referral projects
• Track and analyze performance metrics of the program

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree; a Master’s is a plus
• 7-10 years in community consultation or related field
• 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Expertise in Indigenous regulations and practices
• Excellent decision-making and strategic thinking skills
