In this Full-Time role, you'll use your compounding expertise to improve our established compounding service. Collaboration with prescribers, mentoring pharmacy team members, and ensuring quality standards will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate formulation options for complex prescriptions
• Prepare for and oversee the preparation of compounded medications
• Build relationships with healthcare providers and educate them on services




• Document and ensure compliance with compounding regulations
• Streamline operations to improve turnaround times

Requirements:
• Current registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy
• Hands-on experience in non-sterile compounding
• Robust problem-solving and clinical judgment skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in mentoring or training pharmacy staff is preferred
