Key Responsibilities:
• Execute Support Plans tailored for residents
• Promote Housing First principles in daily tasks
• Collaborate with the team to deliver consistent care
• Ensure the safety of grounds and facilities
• Monitor clients' medication usage responsibly

Requirements:
• Diploma in Human/Social Services or equivalent
• At least 2 years working with youth in crisis
• Competence in MS Office and familiarity with databases
• Access to transportation for work-related travel
