As a key member of the Shorefast Institute team, you will develop Shorenet's learning resources, create a micro-credential program, and build the curriculum for cutting-edge educational offerings. This role is perfect for a strong writer and energetic builder who can translate practice into clear, engaging content. You will collaborate closely with the Manager, Shorenet and Convening on program delivery while leading the educational thought leadership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver Shorenet learning resources and modules
• Develop a micro-credential in place-based economic development




• Build curriculum for educational programs in collaboration
• Maintain an accessible Shorenet resources library
• Lead educational thought leadership and publications

Requirements:
• Experience in instructional design is advantageous
• Strong writing skills for clear learning content
• Familiarity with community economic development practices
• Facilitation experience and credentials
• Based in Newfoundland and Labrador or Ontario
