Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily financial transaction processing efficiently
• Lead investigations into reconciliation discrepancies
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities




• Collaborate with partners and auditors for compliance checks
• Provide mentorship and training to accounting team members

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience; 2-3 years in leadership
• Solid grasp of accounting principles and compliance
• Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
• Microsoft Office proficiency; experience with Yardi Voyager an asset
