• Support production teams in meeting deadlines
• Monitor progress and reassess workloads with Supervisors
• Conduct daily updates and reports for the team
• Resolve interdepartmental issues effectively
• Assist in IT troubleshooting as needed

Requirements:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Use of Flow (formerly Shotgun/ShotGrid) is essential
• Past experience in production/animation preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel functions
