Aspect is looking for a motivated Associate to enhance its Process Development team. In this role, you will independently handle various aspects of cell culture, including cryopreservation and banking, while supporting cross-functional regulatory compliance. Your efforts will drive the production of functional, quality cell products essential for innovative regenerative medicines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage cell production and supply for development
• Conduct in-depth viability and functional assays




• Develop release Certificates of Analysis for cell lines
• Support internal equipment qualification processes
• Perform data analysis for cell culture improvements

Requirements:
• MSc or BSc with 2+ years in related fields
• Experienced in aseptic cell culture techniques
• Strong sense of urgency and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting
• Experience with insulin-producing cell lines preferred
