Northern Health is looking for a Nurse Practitioner in Fort St. John, BC, to join their dedicated primary care team. This full-time role enables you to support a diverse patient community through longitudinal care.

In this position, you will attach a patient panel and work alongside other health professionals to provide culturally safe care. With flexible scheduling and comprehensive support, you will thrive in a collaborative setting. Your duties will include using Electronic Medical Records for documentation and contributing to quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide longitudinal primary care for patients of all ages
• Document care using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Collaborate with a supportive team of health professionals




• Participate in care team initiatives for quality improvement

Requirements:
• Must be eligible for registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Strong experience in primary care across the lifespan
• Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally safe care
