The Parks, Recreation and Community Services department at the District of Saanich is hiring five casual workers for pool maintenance. In this role, you will manage custodial duties, equipment servicing, and minor repairs to ensure a positive swimming experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the pool area
• Operate pool water heating and filtration equipment
• Conduct custodial tasks and preventative maintenance




• Support new hires in their training process
• Maintain detailed records of equipment services

Requirements:
• Grade 11 or equivalent educational background
• Certifications in Pool Operators I and II
• Valid WHMIS certification within one year
• Certification in Occupational First Aid Level I
• Relevant experience of 3 to 6 months required
