Bring your expertise to Fraser Health as a Clinical Counsellor serving the Fraser Valley region. This full-time position focuses on counseling clients with substance use and mental health challenges.

As a Primary Care Network Clinician in Chilliwack, you will conduct thorough client assessments and facilitate their access to community-based resources and rehabilitation programs. You will also create and implement individualized engagement and treatment plans, working closely with medical professionals and client families for effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct environmental assessments for clients in need
• Facilitate educational workshops for community resources
• Provide brief therapy sessions and handle case management




• Monitor and document client progress and treatment outcomes
• Advocate for client needs towards service access and support

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Clinical Counselling or Social Work
• Minimum of two years’ clinical experience
• Valid B.C. Driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Proficient in assessment tools and crisis intervention techniques
• Solid communication and teamwork capabilities
