This role focuses on the daily operations at our Drop-in Centre, where you'll assist youth in their needs while fostering a supportive environment. You will be responsible for building trusting relationships, advocating for critical services, and organizing engaging cultural, recreational, and sport activities. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate daily activities of the Drop-in Centre
• Advocate and provide essential services for youth




• Develop engaging recreational and cultural activities
• Build effective relationships with youth and staff
• Maintain strict confidentiality and appropriate boundaries

Requirements:
• Robust commitment to a healthy lifestyle
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of computers and software
• Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and issues
• Valid experienced driver’s license and a clean driving record
