We are looking for a dedicated welder with 3 to 5 years of experience in manual and automated welding techniques. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, examining welds, and operating flame-cutting equipment. This physically demanding role requires a strong focus on safety in potentially hot and dusty environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret detailed welding drawings and specifications
• Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automated welding machines
• Examine and ensure weld quality meets strict standards
• Perform minor maintenance on welding equipment
• Handle heavy materials while ensuring safety protocols

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years welding experience
• Completion of secondary school education
• Ability to work outdoors in confined spaces
• Must lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg)
• Pass medical exams and background checks
