This role requires providing direct assistance with bathing, grooming, and ambulation, while also supporting the social and emotional needs of patients. Candidates should have a PSW program completion or comparable HCA/CCA certification, with preference for those experienced in long-term care or dealing with dementia and palliative care. Transparent communication and adherence to care plans are vital.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide essential support in daily living activities
• Assist patients with personal grooming and hygiene




• Ensure compliance with care routines and documentation

Requirements:
