Key Responsibilities:
• Generate detailed 3D vessel models accurately
• Create and check vessel detail drawings
• Assess and approve vendor drawings for compliance
• Coach junior vessel designers for skill development
• Update and enforce vessel drawing standards

Requirements:
• 10+ years in vessel design and fabrication experience
• Expertise in Cadworx 3D and AutoCAD
• Deep knowledge of vessel fabrication processes
• Solid communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
