Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct on watercolor and drawing techniques
• Prepare class content focusing on realistic art
• Promote classes to build and maintain a student base
• Ensure every student leaves with a completed artwork
• Coordinate class schedules with Michaels store staff

Requirements:
• Proven skills in realistic drawing and/or painting
• Experience in teaching or mentoring students
• Commitment to becoming Grumbacher certified
• Marketing skills to attract students
• Effective communication and encouragement abilities
