CPSO is hiring an Accreditation Specialist for its Out-of-Hospital Premises Inspection Program. Ensure compliance and support for non-hospital facilities focused on patient care excellence.
As the OHP Clinical Liaison, you will play a crucial role in executing accreditation activities and managing inspections. You will work closely with OHP Medical Directors and coordinate adverse event reporting processes. Your regulatory knowledge and attention to detail will be vital in this role, ensuring that the organization meets CPSO standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accreditation processes for outpatient services
• Coordinate adverse event reports and inspections
• Collaborate with Medical Directors on compliance strategies
• Create regulatory documentation and qualified reports
• Foster interprofessional collaboration and communication
Requirements:
• Degree in nursing or healthcare with extensive experience
• Strong background in regulatory compliance
• Current certification with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Knowledge of surgical safety standards and regulations
• Outstanding analytical and communication skills
