This part time role allows you to influence the Seeds of Empathy program by managing stakeholder relationships and facilitating educational events. Your responsibilities include maintaining a comprehensive database, delivering training, and ensuring that all resources are readily available. You'll work closely with the Global Manager to fulfill the program’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Attain performance targets as outlined by Global Manager
• Build strategic relationships with childcare centres and community organizations
• Present essential information to stakeholders




• Coordinate the annual distribution of program materials
• Host events aimed at training childcare centre staff

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Early Childhood Education or related discipline
• 2 years minimum experience in educational program administration
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Manitoba Driver’s License and access to a vehicle required
