Reporting to the Global Mobility Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing US immigration matters and supporting the overall mobility strategy for Methanex. You will engage with internal teams and external partners to manage employee relocations efficiently, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions. Your insightful recommendations will enhance the effectiveness of our global mobility initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for US immigration support
• Facilitate immigration case management and processes




• Advise stakeholders on global mobility policies and communications
• Monitor immigration trends to enhance program value
• Develop tools and documentation to assist employees

Requirements:
• At least five years in global mobility or HR expertise
• Knowledgeable in US and global immigration regulations
• Exceptional communication skills across diverse teams
• Strong organizational and compliance skills
• Self-motivated with a team-oriented approach
