Become the Maintenance Manager at Aurora's Alpine facility in Pemberton, BC. Lead maintenance operations, regulatory compliance, and asset management in the cannabis industry.

In this permanent, full time role, you will be responsible for managing the facility’s infrastructure and utilities. You will directly oversee maintenance planning and implement compliance strategies that ensure our operations meet industry standards. Your leadership will strengthen the maintenance team’s ability to deliver effective preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate maintenance programs for efficiency and reliability
• Develop asset lifecycle and capital expenditure plans
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards




• Manage vendor contractors and oversee critical systems
• Lead facility readiness for inspections and audits

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or similar
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, with 3-5 years in management
• Proficiency in compliance and best practices for facilities
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with environmental control systems
