In this role, you will leverage 3-5 years of administrative legal support experience to assist the Associate General Counsel and the Regulatory Team. Your responsibilities include preparing legal documents, maintaining databases, and ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines, using your strong communication skills in an engaging team workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open and prepare files for hearings and appeals
• Maintain accurate records and databases
• Draft necessary legal and court documents
• Monitor and track key procedural deadlines
• Provide support during hearings for regulatory processes
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in a legal support capacity
• Education in paralegal studies or similar
• Attention to detail with excellent time management
• Competent in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
• Previous experience in adjudicative processes preferred
