Lead residential construction projects with ITC Construction as a Site Superintendent. Ensure on-time, high-quality project completion while managing diverse site teams and resources.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of residential construction from initiation through to completion. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers, implementing the health and safety program while inspecting work for compliance. Your leadership will drive efficiency and quality in high-rise developments and more.

Key Responsibilities:
• Expedite work and maintain the project schedule
• Direct site forces following contract specifications
• Coordinate and manage trade contractors on site




• Control cost management according to purchasing procedures
• Review trade contracts and advise on discrepancies

Requirements:
• At least 10 years of experience in construction
• Solid background in residential building processes
• Degree or certification in construction management preferred
• Experience on high-rise projects preferable
• OSHA and related certifications beneficial
