We are looking for an experienced Fixed Assets Maintenance Planner to join our dynamic Maintenance Team. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of maintenance tasks. Your ability to identify safety hazards and communicate effectively will be critical to maintaining seamless operations across facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review service requests and define work requirements
• Identify safety hazards and implement control measures




• Establish work schedules and forecast task hours
• Rent or procure necessary equipment for maintenance
• Share technical manuals and specifications with stakeholders

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance planning
• Relevant college diploma or qualification
• Familiarity with CMMS and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Excellent communication and planning skills
