Key Responsibilities:
• Engage employers through networking and outreach initiatives
• Build relationships with employers to generate job placements
• Coordinate and host hiring events to connect job seekers with employers




• Track job placement outcomes and provide participant support
• Keep accurate records of engagement and placements

Requirements:
• Minimum of two years' experience in job development or outreach
• Ability to negotiate placement agreements with employers
• Familiarity with government employment programs is preferred
• Valid Ontario G driver's licence required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
