The Project Coordinator will streamline the documentation and communication processes within the Capital Projects team. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager, you will help ensure project tasks are organized and timely, contributing directly to successful event and construction outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day support and scheduling for project activities
• Maintain meeting minutes and distribute project updates




• Ensure project files meet document control standards

Requirements:
• College diploma in project management or related area
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in coordination
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
