In this role, you will assist clients in understanding their insurance policies while managing coverage inquiries and changes with professionalism. A RIBO license is required, and you will help members navigate their options confidently, creating lasting relationships through trust and insightful guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Address coverage inquiries and process policy modifications
• Ensure compliance with underwriting standards and regulations
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions
• Collaborate with other brokers and management for issue resolution
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices

Requirements:
• RIBO licensed or committed to obtaining it
• Bilingual in both English and French required
• Commitment to complete specified insurance courses
• Experience in personal lines insurance is preferable
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
