Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, coordinating departmental schedules, and ensuring accurate patient records. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate patient appointments for the Orthopaedic Clinic
• Provide general support, including filing and data entry




• Execute reminder calls for upcoming appointments
• Participate in clinic efficiency discussions
• Maintain office supplies as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous scheduling experience in health care preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology needed
• Proficiency with MS Office and Meditech essential
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills required
