The Fixed Plant Reliability Engineer will lead RAM studies, oversee condition monitoring programs, and implement improvements for asset management. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) studies




• Develop strategies for mill commissioning and ramp-up
• Implement condition monitoring for critical equipment
• Analyze equipment failures using RCA processes
• Drive improvement initiatives for better performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation preferred
• Experience with FMEA, RCM, RCA, and maintenance strategies
• Strong communication skills across teams
