Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert legal representation for regulatory enforcement
• Manage assigned litigation matters independently
• Draft necessary legal documents for various proceedings




• Conduct thorough legal research on emerging issues
• Support internal initiatives involving policy and compliance

Requirements:
• Licensed member of the Ontario Bar
• At least three years post-call experience in litigation
• Proven track record in civil or regulatory matters
• Experience with complaints and investigations preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
