CASS is hiring enthusiastic Disability Support Workers for community, residential, and day program services in Calgary. These positions involve assisting clients with daily living skills, implementing Individual Support Plans, and promoting community inclusion and independence. Candidates can expect a flexible schedule with options for full-time, part time, and relief roles, catering to various shift needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist adults in achieving independence and personal goals
• Promote dignity and quality of life for clients
• Support daily living activities and health needs
• Implement support plans and document progress
• Collaborate with teams for effective support
Requirements:
• Education in Human Services, Disability Studies, or equivalent experience
• First Aid/CPR certification required
• Clear Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for travel
