Situated north of Guelph, Ontario, this 6-month contract entails working approximately 3-4 hours daily with a variable schedule, including potential weekend duties. Preferred candidates will receive training for Safe Drinking Water certification, enhancing their qualifications in building and facilities management. Your role will significantly contribute to maintaining our community hub and its ecological integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Visit multiple buildings to conduct daily inspections
• Report water meter readings and operational data promptly
• Oversee water treatment systems and perform quality testing




• Ensure building security by inspecting locks and lighting
• Report maintenance needs and unusual occurrences

Requirements:
• Valid Ontario driver's licence and dependable vehicle
• Strong attention to detail and positive record-keeping skills
• Independent worker who communicates effectively
• Experience in commercial building maintenance is an asset
• Willingness to complete Safe Drinking Water certification training
