Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain an engaging security training program
• Design strategies to combat emerging cybersecurity threats




• Create effective training materials tailored for multiple audiences
• Track and analyze training outcomes to improve programs
• Collaborate in incident response development and training

Requirements:
• At least five years in IT, with three in security
• Bachelor's degree or related experience required
• Possession of, or progress towards, a security certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of NIST and regulatory frameworks
