This role requires ensuring a clean, safe, and orderly setting for students and educators throughout the year. You will play an essential role in the overall upkeep and safety of the school facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily cleanliness and safety standards
• Manage boiler and HVAC system operations
• Use floor cleaning and lawn maintenance equipment
• Perform basic building maintenance and repairs
• Protect confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 3 years of caretaking experience
• Willing to pursue WHMIS and Fireman's Certificate
• Proficient in maintenance tasks for building operation
• Knowledge of equipment operation for safety
