This position reports directly to the Project Safety Manager. You will oversee the implementation of safety management procedures, conduct inspections, and train team members on established safety protocols. Your background in health and safety within the nuclear construction sector will empower you to influence positive change in safety culture, ensuring that all stakeholders remain secure and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage safety procedures on site
• Conduct training sessions for safety procedures
• Track and manage safety metrics and report findings




• Audit safety forms and processes in the field
• Participate in human performance program activities

Requirements:
• CHSO or CRSP designation strongly preferred
• 5+ years of senior experience in nuclear construction safety
• Strong understanding of hot work and emergency planning
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Experience in union environments preferred
