In this role, you will take charge of the renewal lifecycle of current customers, aligning processes with our retention objectives. It involves creating renewal opportunities, maintaining data accuracy, and coordinating with internal and external partners for seamless execution. You will also generate relevant reports and handle inquiries to improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the management of assigned service renewals
• Maintain essential customer and contract documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders for renewal success




• Prioritize tasks using company systems
• Resolve renewal-related issues efficiently

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in sales or client support roles
• Experience with NetSuite or similar CRM systems
• Effective data management skills, particularly in Excel
• Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
