Relay is searching for an Application Security Engineer II, ideally with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. This role focuses on proactive threat modeling, offensive testing, and collaborating with multiple teams to drive security initiatives. You'll own the process of identifying and fixing exploitable vulnerabilities, ensuring our platform remains secure as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute threat modeling on technical design documents
• Conduct white-box penetration tests to uncover vulnerabilities
• Convert findings into actionable fixes in our codebase
• Develop and enhance our security tools and processes
• Attend weekly Hack The Box sessions and team standups
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of application security or relevant experience
