As a key member of the Pediatric Cancer Survivorship program at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, your role entails providing comprehensive outpatient care. You'll be instrumental in formulating follow-up plans and utilizing a multidisciplinary approach to manage late effects of childhood cancer. Your considerable expertise will resonate within a leading healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outpatient care in survivorship clinics
• Create and disseminate follow-up surveillance plans
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up on investigation results
• Assess fertility implications of cancer treatment
• Collaborate with teams and attend transition clinics
Requirements:
• Must have a Master's in Nursing
• Registered in the Extended Class with the College of Nurses
• Proven experience with the AYA population
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Proficient with virtual care platforms
