This position reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Programs, and is ideal for a hands-on leader passionate about fostering growth. You will engage in designing programs that enhance leadership capabilities while ensuring seamless collaboration with various firm stakeholders. Your practical approach will translate strategic goals into vibrant learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead leadership development initiatives and continuous improvements
• Convert broader strategies into engaging program delivery




• Identify opportunities for program advancement
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders effectively
• Analyze participant feedback for dynamic enhancements

Requirements:
• 5–7+ years in leadership development or related areas
• Proven experience in facilitating leadership training
• Strong relationship management skills
• Multi-project management proficiency
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications
