Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a cohesive citizenship and impact strategy
• Oversee RBC Foundation Canada's community investments
• Engage nonprofits and community stakeholders at the national level




• Direct operations of the CM Canada Donations Committee
• Implement strategic responses to community crises

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field like Marketing or Public Policy
• 8-10 years of experience in community impact and philanthropy
• Proven track record in managing social investment programs
• Comprehensive understanding of Canadian charity laws
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills
