As a Senior Engineer reporting directly to the Corporate Director of Innovation, you will play a crucial role in evaluating mining equipment technologies. With 10 to 15 years of pertinent experience, you will be responsible for implementing systems that improve performance and reliability while contributing to financial structures for technology maturation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess emerging technologies in mining operations
• Conduct comprehensive techno-economic analyses
• Support the integration of pilot projects and technologies




• Enhance maintenance practices and asset management
• Build and maintain supplier and partner relationships

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline
• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, especially in maintenance
• In-depth knowledge of mining equipment
• Proven leadership and critical thinking capabilities
• Fluent in English for collaboration across teams
