As an LPN, you will be reporting to the Director of Care, delivering goal-directed nursing services tailored to the individual needs of residents. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess residents and implement comprehensive care plans. Your responsibilities include providing nursing care, managing medications, and responding effectively to changes in resident conditions. Uphold the values of integrity and trust while fostering meaningful connections within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct resident assessments and communicate updates
• Assist with care transitions,
including admissions and discharges
• Educate residents about health conditions and care plans
• Oversee emergency responses and delegate tasks to team members
• Support health and safety initiatives in care delivery
Requirements:
• Current LPN registration in British Columbia
• Experience in senior or long-term care is an asset
• Proficient in electronic documentation
• CPR and First Aid certification is needed
• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
