• Determine resource requirements from bid packages
• Review bid documents to identify required subcontractors
• Prepare comprehensive estimates and scopes of work
• Assemble and analyze pricing and materials
• Attend essential kickoff meetings as needed

Requirements:
• Post-secondary qualification in a technical discipline or related experience
• 5 years estimating experience in diverse sectors
• Solid understanding of multi-trade aspects
• Familiarity with estimating software
• Excellent organizational abilities and teamwork skills
