Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HRM collections and public art oversight
• Update and maintain collection management systems
• Implement HRM's strategic cultural initiatives
• Collaborate with external stakeholders and grant management




• Coordinate staff training and community programs

Requirements:
• Recognized degree in Museum Studies or related field
• Minimum four years of progressive experience in collections
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License in Nova Scotia
• Strong understanding of conservation techniques
• Proven ability to work with diverse community groups
