You will coordinate programs, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with public health standards. This role requires a Baccalaureate in Nursing, current registration from the College of Nurses, and at least two years of relevant public health experience. Your work will support effective case management and strengthen community health responses.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations for infectious disease prevention
• Ensure compliance with legislative and privacy standards
• Collaborate effectively with community health partners




• Assess program performance and suggest evidence-based changes
• Lead audits to maintain data integrity and accountability

Requirements:
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Two years of recent public health experience
• Current nursing registration in Ontario
• Solid communication and leadership skills
• Knowledgeable in public health standards and protocols
